The HP 8760w Elitebook has two internal hard drive bays.  The HP 8760w, 8770w laptop is normally shipped from the factory with only one hard drive, unless you order it configured with two internal hard drives.  This caddy / bracket / adapter will enable you to add a 2nd HDD or SSD to your laptop's 2nd drive bay.
